McTeague: Where are the pipelines?

Prime Minister Carney announced the establishment of a Major Projects Office, with an outline of projects the government is prioritizing. Absent from the list of projects is an oil and gas pipeline.

Carney has talked a big game when it comes to developing Canada’s oil and gas, but so far, he has failed to walk the talk.
