A Message from our Executive Director, Dan McTeague
An 18 year veteran of the House of Commons, Dan is widely known in both official languages for his tireless work on energy pricing and saving Canadians money through accurate price forecasts. His Parliamentary initiatives, aimed at helping Canadians cope with affordable energy costs, led to providing Canadians heating fuel rebates on at least two occasions.

Grassroots Awareness
Raise awareness of the issues surrounding affordable energy at the grassroots level through means of petitions, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media.
Empower Energy Savings
Through projects like Gas Price Predictions (formerly Gas Wizard), CAE helps Canadians to make a measurable difference in their spending on energy and put money back in Canadian pockets.
Lobby Government
We take a stand against reckless energy policies and political opportunism to bring the voice of the Canadian people to our elected officials and demand fair energy policies.
Mobilize Action
We encourage and provide Canadians with the knowledge and resources to take a stand by spreading the word and assisting in our mission to demand energy accountability.
